There is a high correlation between vision loss and hearing loss in our older patients and doubly negative effect of two sensory deficits occurring at the same time in many of our senior patients.

As with any medical condtion, the earlier a hearing loss is detected and treated, the greater the chances are for a successful rehabilitation. Our Facility is equipped to provide comprehensive. state-of-the-art audiometeric evaluation.
Robert L. Olson is a State of Minnesota licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Prior to joining Minnesota Eye Consultants, Bob worked for Miracle Ear and ran their St. Paul, MN facility. He has also worked for ICU Hear, a local Miracle Ear franchise, in their Ridgedale location.
Bob is a caring and dedicated professional who enjoys enriching the lives of others. He is a past president of the Bloomington Jaycees and served as a member of his parish council.
Bob and his wife, Judy, live in South Minneapolis where they have raised two children and are the proud grandparents of four grandchildren. They enjoy golf, fishing, taking walks together and spending time with their family and friends.
